How Can I Contact You?

When will I receive my items?
All GoldenGiftsCo products are made-to-order. This means your item will usually ship within 3-5 business days however we ask to allow 7-10 business days for your items to arrive to you. Personalized items are made to order so please allow 1-4 weeks for production and a further 2-3 days for shipping (domestic). In some cases, we require up to 6 weeks for production if the design purchased is one of the first.
International orders can take longer due to extra shipping time and customs processing times.
Once your item ships you will receive an email containing your tracking info so you will have accurate information as to when your order will arrive.
Please note, we work with different suppliers for certain items so they may ship and arrive separately even though they are ordered at the same time.
Please contact ggshop@goldengiftsco.co if your order hasn’t arrived within the estimated delivery time. Keep in mind that delivery times on international orders may take slightly longer.
My order has been sent, why don't I see the tracking info?
Your order has been sent, but sometimes it takes up to 48 hours for tracking info to show up in the couriers tracking system.

What is your exchange policy?
Hassle-free 30 day moneyback guarantee! Due to the products being print on demand we do not offer exchanges, we do however offer a full replacement if your product has been damaged.
